Using the SHRM Certification Prep+ System, this course equips human resource professionals with the knowledge and practical tools needed to enhance workplace performance while preparing for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification exams. Participants will gain a comprehensive review of core HR competencies and functional areas, making this course an effective resource for certification preparation and professional development. HR professionals pursuing career growth and advanced credentials are encouraged to enroll as part of their certification journey.
